I appreciated the variegation of meals at dinner (but after 6 nights we 've seen all the diches). the animators are not very sticky. the shows are really entertaining and very unny sometimes. children find their hapiness there, too. I really recommand the spa, they really skiled.
after 6nights at the hotel in half board commitment, I think that you wouldn't see a new meal presented at dinner. all the juices are chemical and not healthy at all. you have to ask for some fresh orange juice. the gears in the fitness chambre are 80% out of order. I think that you should give to the cleaners some extra to have be stisfied by the cleaness of your room (it's fair enough for 5€ a week). you have to really book your deck chair at the pool early in the morning before going to the restaurant for breakfast otherwise you'll stay in a simple chair all day long (some tourists book deck chairs at pool that they'll never use because they'd spent all day long at beach).

Maid was always polite, left room in excellent condition.
Reception staff and portors could have been slightly more friendlier. Also, people working there on activities such as the spa, need to realise saying no once means no, and not approach you daily to see if you've changed your mind. Can get tiresome when you have to walk a separate route just to miss them.

The hotel grounds have a certain charm, but their outdated 1980s decor detracts from it. The food quality is just awful, and don't expect anyone to assist you with local transportation. I expected an upgrade after all my inconveniences but was told that was not possible, just beneath me, i almost gave a good review but couldn't.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious and clean room along with the great variety of food at the buffet. Relaxing in the sauna and the outdoor swimming pool made my visit even better. The only downside was that it could be tough finding a sun lounger when lots of them were saved by towels but not used. 😊

Receptionists are very kind. And all the pictures which are hanged on the wall is very attractive because they are very arabic traditional ones.

The spacious standard double room offered a lovely view of the pool, and daily cleaning maintained its pleasant appearance. The staff provided really good service-each interaction felt warm and genuine. Food variety was excellent, with tasty regional options available at every meal. The dining room became overcrowded was great. The location's beach was accessible but could take a little more effort to reach due to being a short walk away.

simple and convenient
the indoor swimming pool was shut down the day we arrived and children were so bored. At 5:00 PM the box for sports was also closed without notifying us which added to the misery. Provided entertainment was not as good as other places where we stayed.

A pleasant stay. It did not seem like a 4 star facility but it was still very appropriate for the price. The staff was helpful and friendly, the food was good (only stayed a weekend) and the spa facilities were nice.
The rooms were a bit small but certainly adequate. Would have appreciated more space to find a corner and relax. It was no where at capacity but at times already felt crowded.

The price was quite low, but this should have been a warning sign. Despite the low price, it was not really good value for money.
Our stay was quite a disappointment from day one.The hotel staff insisted on having full payment at check-in. It was clear to us very soon thereafter why. We would have left if we hadn't had to pay. The level of cleanliness and comfort was very modest at best. The food quality was very very poor, that we ended up not taking advantage of our half board and eating outside the hotel. To top it up, we were woken up with call at 7:30 in the morning on our last day asking us when we were going to leave!
